A typical single-family home takes about three to four hours. Larger properties with many rooms, a drone session, or twilight exteriors can stretch to five or six. We will confirm the schedule when you book, so you know exactly what to expect.
No. Focus on the main living areas, the kitchen, and the primary bedroom. Clear countertops, remove personal items, and open curtains. We can also suggest simple furniture adjustments on the spot if a room feels cramped or dark.
We monitor the forecast closely. If heavy rain or thick cloud blocks the golden hour, we will reschedule at no extra cost. Light drizzle or overcast skies can actually work well for exterior shots, so we usually proceed unless conditions are extreme.
You receive the fully edited gallery, color-graded and ready for listing. Unedited originals are kept on file for thirty days in case you need a specific crop or a different treatment. Just let us know within that window.
Yes. The license covers online listings, print materials, and social posts for the property featured in the shoot. If you plan to use the images for a different property or a commercial campaign, contact us first so we can adjust the terms.
Most galleries are delivered within three business days. Twilight and drone-heavy shoots may take one extra day because of the additional color work. You will receive a private link to review and download the full set.
