How a shoot moves from inquiry to final gallery

Each project follows the same sequence: a short call about the property, a walkthrough of the rooms and light conditions, the shoot itself, and a reviewed set of edited frames delivered within five working days.

From brief to final gallery

A clear sequence of what happens after you send a request, so you know what to prepare and when to expect the first previews.

Step 01

Brief and property walkthrough

We start with a short call about the listing, the rooms that matter most, and the light conditions you want to emphasise. You share the address and any reference shots you like.

Step 02

Shot list and schedule

Within two working days you receive a shot list covering interiors, twilight exteriors, and optional drone aerials. We agree on a date and the golden hour window for the facade.

Step 03

Room prep and staging check

You get a simple checklist for each room: clear countertops, fluff cushions, open curtains, switch on warm lamps. We confirm the staging details before the camera arrives.

Step 04

Shoot day

We photograph interiors first, then move outside for the twilight set. Drone aerials are captured in the same session when weather allows, so the whole property is covered in one visit.

Step 05

Edits and delivery

Selected frames are colour graded and delivered as high-resolution files within five working days. You also receive a contact sheet with the full set for quick comparison.

Before we book a date, here is how a typical shoot moves from first call to final gallery.

From walkthrough to delivered set in four clear steps

Each stage has a fixed turnaround and a defined deliverable, so you always know what arrives next and when. No open-ended timelines, no surprise extras.
