The Guided Setup Option is for property owners and agents who want a clear sequence of decisions before a shoot, rather than a vague brief. It works best when you know the rooms matter most but are unsure how to frame them, what time of day suits the light, or which furniture should stay and which should move.
During the setup, we walk through the property room by room and settle three things: the shooting order based on natural light, the staging adjustments that will read well in photos, and the angles that emphasize square footage without exaggerating it. You get a short written plan before the camera comes out, so there are no surprises on the day.
The tradeoff is straightforward. This option takes more of your time upfront than a standard booking, because we need your input on how the home is actually used. In return, the shoot itself runs faster and the final set tends to need fewer reshoots. If you are preparing a listing for a competitive market, that clarity usually pays off in the first week the photos go live.
This option suits homes with mixed lighting conditions, rooms that serve multiple purposes, or properties where the owner is still living in the space and needs practical guidance on what to pack away. It is not the right fit if you already have a clear shot list and simply want a photographer to execute it.
